The goal is to provide a luxurious environment for a small committed group of serious students/staff who are dedicated to excelling in their academic pursuits during their time at University of Toronto Mississauga.
Room Rates: $600 - $1000...priority is given to 12 month rentals. These prices are based on one person per room.
Rooms are rented individually. A maximum of four students for the house. The fee is based on a 12 month cycle with the yearly rental being from $7200 to $12000 for a single room. Common area is shared equally by all the students in a manner that is agreeable to all the students and the landlord. The plan is to have 3 - 4 serious students living in a quality setting and maintain ing a serious study environment 24 - 7. Minimal visitors and essentially no parties. Also no pets
